You are very professional & informative Christophe. If I ever decide to buy in the Bel Air area, I’ll definitely contact you. Thank you for the tour.
What car do you drive? Also do you live in Beverly Hills, Bel Air, Brentwood, or Pacific Palisades?
nice more visual of homes inside
Felt like I was in a roller coaster watching this. How do people live on these streets that circle around and what not.
Great video but just wondering what percentage of their income these rich people usually spend on a home? For example if a home is $50 million, how rich do you have to be to buy it? worth $100 million, $250 million, $1 billion? Thanks
Love your videos, Christopher. I’ll be moving to Los Angeles soon, but confused with all these districts and sub districts. Any books out there that list the various neighborhoods of Los Angeles?
where are the homes? all we see are hedges & recycle bins are on road.
Dear Christophe Choo,
I keenly watch all your videos more particularly relating to Beverly Hills and surrounding areas.
Though i’m a mere mortal and simply do not belong to million dollars class, however your videos makes me escape from reality and give my brain a soothing pleasant time.
May god bless you with great business and great videos for us from you.

I find it interesting that most cars parked in this area are regular 20 to 60k cars. I was expecting to see supercars all over the place.

What about the beach houses on palisades drive? Like the actress Norma Shearer? Debbie Reynolds house and Carrie Fishers?
The camera work up the windy road is making us nauseous.
