   So lets just summarise. The main WC is in the lounge/ tv area so if you take a shit all your guests will hear you, the master bedroom has access to an overgrown dark tiny deck the size of a small bath, the washing machine and dryer are next to the master bed (thats gonna be annoying!) and there is no garden? No wonder the owner wants to sell up!!
