Yes this is a nice Community but some people who purchase a $700,000,00 home and make one payment and dont make anymore and then try to refinance thru the OBAMA stimulus program because they got in over there head with a purchase they couldnt afford in the first place just to be like the “Jones” next door. And they have to go to these payday loan places just to survive or so they dont lose there vehicles…Thats Redneck living hands down!…Im glad I can afford the nice community I live in!!
